Having used dozens of other insurance brokerages in the past, Aimee in particular at Randall Moss Insurance knocked it out of the park. Responsiveness and friendliness are top notch and the price shocking in the best way. I’m in the process of sending my other properties and cars for them to handle as well.

I have worked with the office of insurance broker Randall Moss for almost 20 years during which time they have helped me fill all of my insurance needs, both personal and commercial. Brenda is the absolute best!! It is her skill, attention to detail, and winning personality that have kept me as a dedicated client for so long. if you’re looking for a full-service insurance broker with a personal touch who somehow manages to still offer the best rates, I could not recommend another more highly!

Goodness gracious I wish I'd heard of them sooner. This is by far the BEST insurance broker I've ever worked with. Brenda was thorough, detailed, and responsive. I came to her with a non-renewal home owners due to a series of unfortunate events, and she found an insurer for our home. She listened to the story and not just the data. She didn't sell me on, "you need this or that", she looked at my current coverage and got me a real close match, even with the non-renewal. Do yourself a favor, give them a call, you won't regret it.

Sheryl Mauseth is extremely friendly, knowledgeable, helpful, and professional. I just moved to Alaska, and she helped me select the best auto insurance for my vehicle. Since I started with Randall Moss Insurance on my home, I have dealt exclusively with Sheryl Mauseth. She has always taken the time to explain everything no matter how trivial or how long it takes. And no matter how busy she is, she makes me feel like I am the most important thing on her agenda. He and his staff have always looked out for my best interests and worked hard to get me the best deal. When he retired, Brenda continued to manage my account, notifying me when premiums are due, and making any needed changes or required forms easy to do. Friendly, professional, and knowledgeable!
